Connectivity (in, out, and between locations…)
Many organizations are trying to solve issues with connectivity, such as:
- What is the best way to link locations together?
- Is there a better, cheaper, faster way to do it?
- What is the best way for people to reach us?
- Is SIP trunking right for us?
- Should we be looking at SDWAN?
- Are my long distance rates competitive?
Swartz Consulting, LLC has worked with many clients who asked these same questions. We guide our clients through the bewildering array of choices and decisions that must be made to take advantages of the changes offered in today’s environment.
Most of our clients are large, multi-location organizations with various levels of connectivity requirements, and we have experience in finding the right solution based on the individual needs of each client. We also work to protect our clients from contractual terms and conditions that could cause problems for them. We guide our clients around the land mines that are often buried in vendor contracts, to ensure that they are not caught in an unexpected trap which could cost them money in the future.
When clients make the decision to change services or providers, we offer project management for the transition. Most organizations have very little tolerance for network failures, and we work with our clients to provide the smoothest conversion possible. Often, these transitions are not simple. Many different areas must be coordinated to have a successful outcome. You don’t have to walk down this road alone; we can help.
